Bootcamp the most affordable way to work with a trainer. Bootcamp is a great way to meet new people and have fun while motivating and challenging each other to get fit together. This fast-paced, high-intensity class incorporates a variety of training methods including interval, circuit, tabata and plyometric training to increase your muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. Every session is unique and incorporates exercises to improve speed, agility, balance and flexibility, which allows participants to avoid training plateaus and boredom. Every class is different.
Classes range in size from 6 to no more than 15 participants. You can sign up alone and meet fantastic new people or bring your friends for that added support.
New Image Fitness Studio’s outdoor classes run rain or shine and offer great results in a natural outdoor setting. Participants of outdoor Bootcamps are required to bring a few pieces of equipment. Outdoor classes are only during permittable Seasons. Summer’s we often stay in the Studio with the air conditioning if the Studio can accommodate the class size.
Indoor classes are held at New Image Fitness Studio located in Courtice, ON. When classes are held inside the Studio, no equipment is required. You will use the equipment within the Studio as it is fully equipped.
