Bootcamps

Outdoor / Indoor Fitness classes are a new, dynamic and exciting way to workout! These classes work your entire body. Expect to challenge your body as New Image Fitness works you out "BOOTCAMP Style" using core conditioning, obstacle courses, drills, strength training, circuit training, stretching and much more! Be prepared to lose inches, body fat, reduce stress and get better sleep. You will also increase your flexibility, strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, agility, coordination, balance and stability. Each and Every class is different and is designed specifically to help you reach your fitness goals. All fitness levels and ages are welcome.

Next Class Starts:

Classes will run continually so you may join in at anytime and your 4 week period will begin from the date of your first class. Sign ups are for 4 week periods at a time, you may sign up for more if you would like to.

Ah where do I begin? I met Gidget by chance, walking threw the park with my husband and she was finishing up what I now know was a boot camp class. As soon as I got home, I googled her and BAM, I was signed up for the next round of boot camp classes.

 I joined Gidgets class after gaining control of my struggle with weight loss; I had recently reached my goal weight and was on the journey of keeping it off. I had also finished a 100km hike, wow, I was on top of the world, and thought I was in pretty decent shape, not just anybody can go and finish a 100 km hike right? I was wrong! I attend my first boot camp, and Gidget kicked my butt into high gear! It was great! Classes went on, exercises became easier, and slowly I started seeing some results. I have now attended three rounds of boot camp with Gidget, she is an amazing trainer, she’s very personable, and down to earth. Gidget pays attention to everyone, and she’s not afraid to tell you that you’re doing something wrong, but it’s always followed with `like this` and she will show you until you get it, and get the best results!

I n the beginning of October 2009, I approached Gidget with needing some help on preparing for my police testing, and she recommended getting some one on one time with her and getting a program to do at home. Those sessions were great, Gidget was very informative, and made everything very understandable. Gidget fit everything in that I needed, not just exercises and said good luck, she took the time and explained every last detail, pointers and advice, something most people don’t take time to do in this fast paced life.   Threw late nights and computer problems, she made the best program for ME, and fit it into my life, and I couldn’t ask for more!

I continue my boot camps, Gidget has me loving fitness now, and enjoying a healthier lifestyle. She’s changed me and there isn’t enough thanks in the world that I could offer to show appreciation. -

I participated in the May 2009 outdoor bootcamp with Gidget and really enjoyed it. The workouts were varied enough to keep me interested but were consistent enough to let me see my progress in each area (cardio, endurance, strength). I really enjoyed the group atmosphere and the different venues we visited (ball diamond, stairs, nature trail). I also like the short time frames (a 4 week program vs. 6 or 8) because I find it easier to stay motivated when I know I have a short term step goal in sight.
