the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy teaching, coaching, motivating and supporting others to live a healthy
lifestyle by passing on my knowledge and experience in the health & fitness industry.
When I can help a client
reach their goals and make a difference in their life, then I too have reached one of my goals which is to be the best Trainer
that I can. I love helping others reach their fitness & health goals and assisting them in making healthier
lifestyle choices.
When I decided to become
a Personal Trainer, I had no idea how rewarding, gratifying and fun it would be; not to mention the relationships that I have
developed with my clients. I can’t explain how great it feels to see a client's face light up, eyes fill with tears
and having them wrap their arms around you because they have just accomplished another goal in their life.
I was the Trainer for two different “Biggest Loser Challenges”
In Both challenges 1st Place was awarded to my clients.
2nd place was also awarded to one of my clients out of 36 participating
ladies overall.
