One-On-One Personal Training will help you to achieve your ultimate fitness level and Goals! You will do it more quickly, safely, and conveniently than you ever thought possible. I will motivate, encourage, teach and monitor your every move. You will gain total faith in reaching your goals and gain knowledge about what it takes to improve your quality of life.

Semi-Private Training (2 people)
Individual attention at a reduced cost ... train with a friend.
Get the efficiency, accountability and impact of working with a certified trainer in a semi-private training setting. Small group training offers an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Age and fitness level does not matter since you can go at your own pace. Get friends together, pick training days and times and you will get you (and your friends) in the best shape of your life. Small groups are limited to three people (minimum of two) and training times and days are based on availability.

Small Group Personal Training (3 - 6 people)
Small Group Personal Training Sessions include cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training. Small group Personal Training Sessions are scheduled twice a week at specific times throughout the day (before work, over lunch and after work) pending on availability. So if you like the idea of exercising in a small group environment right under the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer, consider this option. Exercising in a small group still offers the benefit of supervision and instruction, yet at a lower cost than one-on-one training....not to mention having the motivation of exercising in a group of others with common goals. Small group Personal Training Sessions are limited and are based on a first-come, first-served basis. You may pick your own group or join a group.

BOOTCAMPS

Outdoor / Indoor Fitness classes are a new, dynamic and exciting way to workout! These classes work your entire body. Expect to challenge your body as New Image Fitness works you out "BOOTCAMP Style" using core conditioning, obstacle courses, drills, strength training, circuit training, stretching and much more! Be prepared to lose inches, body fat, reduce stress and get better sleep. You will also increase your flexibility, strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, agility, coordination, balance and stability. Each and Every class is different and is designed specifically to help you reach your fitness goals. All fitness levels and ages are welcome. Refer to the "BOOTCAMP" page for details on upcoming dates.

In Home Training
Train with a Certified Personal Trainer in the comfort of your home or office! Equipment can be provided if not available in your home or office. This is a convient way to help save you travel time and gas. Sessions will be customized to your needs to help you achieve your goals! 60 minute sessions
Pre & Post Natal Fitness
Pre & Post Natal Fitness Training is safe and has many benefits for mom-to-be and baby! You will learn proper and safe excercises for Pre & Post. Get your Pre-pregancy figure back faster if you continue being active during your pregnancy. Exercising has many benfits for the unborn baby. also will help aid in an easier delivery, back pain and posture to name a few. 30 min and 60 minute sessions are available!

Nutritional Counselling
Learn how to make Healthier Choices for a your new Lifestyle change... 80% of your results are what you put in your mouth! Tips and guidlines will be given to optomize and achieve your goals. You will be given a journal to complete, which will then be analyzed to make the necessary changes required for optimal results! You will also learn proper food combinations, food fats, healthy snacks/meals, hydration, pre & post workout nutrition, how to read food labels, food journal analysis, beat cravings and recipes.
4 Week Nutrition Program - 1 hr initial consultation where we will discuss nutrition, do measurements/weight. 2 week weigh in (15 mins) and additional weigh in at the end of the 4 weeks. (15 mins) During the 4 weeks you will send me via email your food journal for analysis. I will then analze it and send it back with my comments. You will also be provided with handouts. Can also be done via email if suits your schedule better.

Program Design
You will be given a detailed program designed specifically for you, and your Fitness Goals! Proper form and technique will be taught by a Certified Personal Trainer. A minimum of 5 (1hr) sessions is required prior to receiving a program to ensure you know and understand proper form and technique. 60 minute sessions
Grocery Store Tours
A trip to the grocery store and you will learn the aisles to avoid, and the best aisles to shop in. Learn how to read food labels and make healthier choices. You can even fill up your cart and do your groceries! 60 minute session

Holistic Counselling
Learn ways to take time for yourself and to pay attention to you and your needs! Also learn tips and techniques to help you relax, deal with stress, time management, self esteem and image.
