Lime and Cilantro Fish Marinade
Ingredients:
• 4 limes, sliced and seeded
• 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 red onion, chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, crushed
• 3 jalapenos, seeded
• 3 tablespoons flaxseed oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash
• 8 or 9 white fish fillets
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all of the ingredients together, except the fish, for 30 seconds. Then
pour the mixture over the fish fillets and let them marinate in the fridge
overnight in a covered container. Remove the fish from the sauce and broil it
in the oven for two minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
